With a career in wildlife conservation through his an award-winning nature tourism business he has been at the forefront of the economics behind saving wildlands and wildlife. He is the Founder of the TOFTigers charity in India and a member of IUCN TAPAS group for global protected areas. Julian founded the business and runs its operations.

BENEDICT MACDONALD
HEAD OF NATURE RESTORATION
A passionate British conservationist and lifelong naturalist with a global outlook, and author of the Wainwright-prize winning manifesto for ecological restoration – Rebirding – Ben leads on nature restoration across our properties and on specialist species reintroduction schemes, in liaison with a wide community of NGOs, farmers, foresters, landowners and the public.

ARCHIE EGAR MRICS
HEAD OF PROPERTY
An experienced rural chartered surveyor who has specialised in farms and estates since 2016. A keen conservationist and outdoor enthusiast, he is responsible for sourcing suitable purchase opportunities and for strategic property advice tailored for biodiversity and carbon benefit.

TOM BRIDGE
HEAD OF NATURAL CAPITAL
With expertise in farm and estate management and rural consultancy, Tom has practical expertise with new natural capital markets and its various schemes, including Biodiversity Net Gain and regenerative farming. Integrate nature recovery within economically viable land management, Tom will be budgeting, actioning and monetising nature recovery as a land use option.

Ross Wingfield
NATURE RESTORATION MANAGER
A passionate countryside manager who worked with landowners in the High Weald’s AONB and National Trust. Worked as land management adviser for both protected landscapes and the National Trust. He will be developing and overseeing our ambitious nature recovery strategy with clients.

ISABEL MILLIGAN
RESEARCHER
With expertise in marketing, fund raising and research management within nature conservation and at Kew gardens, she recently qualified with an MSc in Global Biodiversity. She will be assisting in research, reporting and impact metrics alongside the ecological team.

Meg Cookson
Field Ecologist
An experienced field ecologist with a background in protected species and wildlife research. With a MSc in Wildlife Management and previous work within several ecological consultancies, Meg is involved with our preliminary ecological assessments, landscape monitoring and impact reporting as part of the ecology team.

LAURA PAUL
OFFICE MANAGER
An experienced office manager with expertise gained from a variety of business areas including Orange UK. She oversees the key financial, compliance and administrative functions on a day to day basis.

JEREMY HELSBY
CHAIRMAN
A distinguished career in the real estate agency business, concluded as Group CEO of Savills PLC, one of the world’s largest real estate service providers in 2018. He continues working in other Non Executive roles in this sector after being appointed as Chairman of the company in July 2021.

EDIT KISS
DIRECTOR
With 18 years if expertise in climate and conservation finance and the natural capital markets, she works for Integrity Global Partners. With her previous Mirova Natural Capital position, she helped raise the equity funding for the business and remains a proactive non executive director.

BRUCE TOZER
DIRECTOR
A distinguished career in investment banking and commodities with Rabobank and Credit Agricole before becoming MD of the new climate team at JPMorgan from 2005. Now a conservationist and a founder member of LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) since 1992.

JAY BARRYMORE
DIRECTOR
An investor with over 18 years’ experience across multiple asset classes and countries, managing one of the first renewable energy and carbon portfolios, he then focusing on sustainable and impact investing. He is now MD Sustainable Investment at Accenture.
